Dr. Amir Blumenfeld, M.D., M.H.A.

Dr. Amir Blumenfeld graduated in 1985 from the Faculty of Medicine at the Technion University in Haifa, Israel. Dr. Blumenfeld joined the IDF Medical Corps, where he served for 20 years. During his service Dr. Blumenfeld accomplished residency in pediatric surgery.

The last position of his military service was as Chief of the Trauma Branch at the Medical Corps headquarters. In this position Dr. Blumenfeld dealt with clinical and doctrinal research as well as educational issues concerning military injuries.
Dr. Blumenfeld has been involved in many international activities including rescue missions (Mombasa, Kenya, 2002; Sri-Lanka, 2004; Mumbai, India, 2008), military workshop groups and educational programs in Asia, Africa, US, and Europe.
Dr. Blumenfeld has published more than 25 articles and attends multiple scientific conferences in Israel and abroad.

Yoram Klein, M.D.

Dr. Yoram Klein graduated in 1992 from the Hebrew University School of Medicine in Jerusalem. Dr. Klein did his general surgery residency at Rambam medical center in Haifa (Israel) and an additional Trauma / Critical Care Fellowship at the Ryder Trauma Center in Miami, Florida.
Currently, Dr. Klein serves as chairman of the Israeli Trauma Society, is the Director of the Department of Acute Care Surgery and Trauma at Kaplan Medical Center, serves as a member of the Israeli National Committee on Mass Casualty of the Ministry of Health and is a lecturer of general surgery at the Hebrew University School of Medicine in Jerusalem.
Additionally, Dr. Klein serves as the Commander of the Israeli Air Force Trauma Unit for Special Operations since 2002.
Dr. Klein has published more than 40 peer-reviewed articles and six chapters in various textbooks. Dr. Klein is also a guest lecturer and keynote speaker at numerous scientific and medical conferences in Israel and abroad

	Dotan Windman: Co-Founder & CEO Mr. Windman served in one of the Israeli Defense Force Elite Combat Units as a paramedic, operative and the medical team commander. Mr. Windman has participated in numerous operations and has obtained extensive experience in training military medical teams and advanced medical teams. In addition, Mr.Windman has spent the last decade in the civilian arena, working as a paramedic on mobile intensive care unit, Air ambulance, in a close protection team and instructing medical teams in emergency medicine. Mr.Windman is an ACLS and PALS instructor from the AHA.
	Roy Zechut: Co-Founder & COO Mr. Zechut served in the Israeli Special Forces as an operative and paramedic and has worldwide experience in establishing and training Special Forces units and Medical Teams. Mr. Zechut is experienced in the close protection field, working as an agent and paramedic around the world. Additionally, Mr. Zechut has implemented and overseen numerous international project management operations.
	Mishael Zohar Co-Partner & Head of Training Division Mr. Zohar served as an operations officer (Captain) and paramedic in an elite Israeli combat unit. As an officer, he was responsible for tactical medicine in his unit. During six years of intensive service he gained deep and unparalleled experience in medical tactics through his leading role in planning medical coverage to military operations and the soldiers under his command. In the civilian arena, Mr. Zohar has enhanced his vast experience as a paramedic and instructor in one of the leading centers of advanced medical simulations. Mr Zohar is also an authorized ACLS instructor from the AHA.
